Meet Our Head Coach, Dundee Dilworth

Coach Dundee D. Dilworth- played football, basketball, and baseball for Camden County High School 1981-1984. Attended FCC at Jacksonville, Fl 1985, then joined the U.S. Army in 1986 (Gulf War Veteran 1991-1992). For the past 17 years (1995-present) Coach Dundee has been a trainer, community coach and mentor, using sports to help parents and young student athletes prepare for college level sports both mentally and physically. He continues to educate himself and the E.S.T. LLC staff by attending annual coaching classes/clinics and mentoring programs (UGA, UF, USC,CCHS, Nike, MVP, Rivals, NUC, E.S.T camps and combines), along with 180 degrees mentoring classes, and USAV impact classes.

 

Since founding  Explosive Sports Training, LLC in 2006, Coach Dundee and staff have trained many student athlete standouts such as; De Angelo Smith (USC) football, Brice Ramsey (UGA) football, Justice Dilworth (SSU) volleyball, and Rachel Thompson (ASU) volleyball, just to name a few. Coach Dundee has worked for Leroy Butler Foundation, Head Basketball Coach 2004-2006 and 9 years as Director of Sports T. T. Foundation for Kids 2000-2009, Directing 3 TTF Kids Days and AAU basketball tournaments, 2009 started Explosive Sports Jr. Volleyball Club and in 2012 continuing with the first Recreation Volleyball Program in Camden County, Georgia to inspire young women student athletes too continue to excel in sports and the classroom.

Meet Our mentors/Trainers

 

Calvin Wilson is the head basketball trainer for Explosive Sports Training, LLC. He played basketball, baseball, and football as a youth and in college. Director of 180 Degree Sports Program for Alhc. Calvin has a book club at St. Mary's Elementary School and has been mentoring and coaching children since 2000.

 

De'Angelo Smith was born in Charleston, South Carolina but grew up in Kingsland, Georgia. De'Angelo played football for Coach Jeff Herron at Camden County High School in Kingsland, Ga., played a Wing-T offense, and helped his squad to the Georgia Class AAAAA state title. De'Angelo played basketball for Camden County High School, graduated in 2009 . De'Angelo attended the University of South Carolina, played football four years for Coach Steve Spurrier and received his BA in Business and Sport Management. De'Angelo now goes to school for Personal Trainer and plans on getting his degree and certification, completing August 2015.

 

Cecil T. Rellford Jr., The Director of Training for North Florida Region is in his first year at (Explosive Sports Training). Cecil jr. has been one of the bright young minds as a Professional Trainer. Before joining Explosive Sports Training Cecil T. Rellford, Jr. has trained and developed players in Northern Florida Area.

 

Cecil Jr, has trained young players such as De’Andre Johnson, Quarterback  Max Preps 1st Team Freshman All-American. “Cecil , Jr., has trained his athletes to a professional level. Their skill level and fundamentals are far above the competition. To work with (Explosive Sports Training) is an exciting opportunity for me,“ Cecil, Jr. said. “I am really looking forward to working with (Explosive Sports Training) and becoming a part of the formidable sports training and consultant firm that will be considered the best in the nation."

 

Cecil Jr, has over 12 years of management and operation in banking experience. In addition, served in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist.  Cecil Jr, was born in West Palm Beach, FL. He currently lives in Jacksonville, FL with his wife and family. He played collegiately at Colby College, graduating in 1999 with a degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. Cecil Jr, and his wife, Melinda, have a son, Cecil III, Reggie and daughter, Erica.
